Dead or Alive?
Mile 1,893, UT State Highway 12
It took us a few minutes to figure out that a large group of trees dominating the Highway 12 roadside were actually alive, not remnants of an old forest fire. Since I never took Botany 101, I had to Google this to discover that these are actually Aspens.
