A Return to Arches

On impulse, we decide to return to Arches late in the evening to take in the sunset. We set a stake at the Parade of the Elephants as the contrast and colors begin to show far more vibrancy than anything the sun delivers when high in the sky—or with the morning haze we experienced earlier at Canyonlands.
