Whose Hotel Is It Anyway?

We originally booked our room for Cortez at the Comfort Inn six months before our arrival, but somewhere along the way ownership changed hands to Baymont Inn & Suites. In the daytime, the vinyl replacement cover solely bares the new name, but once evening hits and the light switch is turned on, brand schizophrenia takes root. Nevertheless, this became our favorite hotel to date on the trip; it had spacious rooms, a nice indoor pool and—ooh, ahh—a big flat-panel TV.
