A look at extinguished businesses next door to one another; after glimpsing the hotel in the back, we thought it be more appropriate to rename it the Rundowner Motel. Are the residents happy in Tonopah? We didn’t get a scientific sample, but we did hear one employee at the local Burger King say to one of her co-workers: “I’m going back to Mississippi in five days, it’s going to be great!” When Mississippi looks good to you, you’ve got a clue.
