Taking the lesser, cheaper tour of the dam, we look out over one of the four massive tubes that shuttles the water down to the power generators and eventually out back into the Colorado. The dugout tunnels we walk to get here show signs of water leakage; the tour guides said not to worry. I certainly hope they’re right.
