The Old Strip

The Fremont Street section of Vegas, or the Old Strip as I call it, closer to downtown. They’ve jazzed the area up with a few new hotels and the “Fremont Street Experience,” a 1,500-foot long light show that plays on a canopy over the street for a few city blocks. Still the area doesn’t hold a candle to the popularity of the main Strip and the surrounding area is a little creepy—but hey, the buffets are cheaper.
