Walking a Fine Line
Zion National Park, UT
From the canyon floor, we zoom in and spot a hiker looking back down at us. That he’s 1,200 feet straight above us is just the half of it; on the other side of the narrow path he’s on, it’s another steep drop of 800 feet. Chains are said to help the hikers on this dangerously narrow trek, but those with vertigo should be best advised to skip it.
